Interior & Exterior painting for single family homes, luxury custom homes, condominiums, and new construction.
Interior & Exterior painting for commercial properties. From office buildings to shopping centers, we deliver lasting quality.
Gulf salt carried inland, relentless UV and summer humidity make Naples one of Florida's toughest painting environments. Exteriors need recoating every five to eight years, coastal ones sooner.
Old Naples, Aqualane Shores and Port Royal take the heaviest salt; Park Shore, Pelican Bay and Grey Oaks are judged on finish quality and HOA color approval; North Naples and the Vineyards are due for a first repaint.
Prep sets that clock — pressure washing, sealed stucco cracks, primed block. Residential and commercial. Free written estimates.
Homes west of US-41 take constant salt air that corrodes railings and chalks paint. Coastal properties get marine-grade prep and salt-rated coatings.
Park Shore, Port Royal and Grey Oaks homes are judged up close. We deliver crisp cut lines, no roller texture on trim.
Most communities require ARC review before you repaint. We work from your HOA's approved palette and prepare the samples the board needs.
Florida sun fades and chalks exterior paint fast. We spec UV-stable acrylic systems so your color still looks right in year five.

It depends on square footage, how many stories, the condition of the existing stucco or siding, how much prep and crack repair is needed, and the coating system specified. A single-story North Naples repaint and a two-story Port Royal exterior with heavy salt damage are very different jobs. We give free written estimates that break out prep, materials and labor so you can see exactly what you are paying for — call (239) 502-3917.
Plan on every five to eight years for most Naples exteriors. Coastal properties in Old Naples, Aqualane Shores and Port Royal sit at the short end of that range because of salt exposure; inland homes in the Vineyards or Golden Gate can stretch closer to eight. Watch for chalking, fading on the south and west walls, and hairline cracks opening in the stucco — those are the signals it is time.
Yes. Most Naples communities require architectural review before an exterior repaint. We work from your association's approved palette, apply sample areas on the actual wall so the board can see the color in real light, and provide the product and color documentation the ARC asks for.
The dry season, roughly November through April, is ideal — lower humidity, fewer afternoon storms and better cure conditions. We do paint through the summer by scheduling around the daily storm pattern and using the morning window, but if your project is flexible, the dry season gives the best result.
Yes. We paint condominium associations, apartment complexes, office buildings, warehouses, shopping centers, churches, schools, hotels and medical facilities throughout Naples and Collier County, and we schedule around your operating hours to keep disruption down.
